### 🔹 Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering**.
* Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in structural construction, infrastructure, building, or civil construction projects.
* **Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) registration is mandatory.**

* Strong experience in **Technical Office functions** within construction/infrastructure projects.
* Good knowledge of **reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, walls, retaining structures, stairs, and other structural elements**.
* Strong knowledge of **structural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction documentation**.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD and Microsoft Office**.
* Knowledge of **Revit Structure, Tekla, or other structural software** is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of **reinforcement detailing, BBS, formwork, concrete works, structural connections, embedded items, and construction joints**.
* Experience with **shop drawings, IFC drawings, Material Submittals, RFIs, technical queries, and technical reports**.

* Strong ability to conduct **quantity take-offs, measurements, BOQ review, and quantity verification**.
* Good command of **English**; Arabic is an advantage.
* Strong communication and coordination skills with **site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines**.

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, review, and coordinate **structural shop drawings, reinforcement drawings, formwork drawings, structural details, sections, and schedules**.
* Review **IFC, tender, and design drawings** for structural requirements, dimensions, levels, reinforcement details, and constructability.

* Identify **design discrepancies, technical conflicts, clashes, missing information, and site-related issues**.
* Review **reinforcement arrangements, bar sizes, spacing, laps, anchorage, development lengths, cover requirements, openings, embeds, and structural details**.
* Prepare and coordinate **Material Submittals, RFIs, technical queries, and other structural submissions**.

* Conduct **structural quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation/review/verification**.
* Provide technical support to site engineers and assist in resolving **structural construction issues**.
* Coordinate structural works with **Architectural, MEP, Civil, and other project disciplines**, including openings, sleeves, embeds, supports, and penetrations.

* Conduct regular **site visits and field inspections** to verify actual site conditions.
* Monitor compliance of structural works with **approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements**.

* Review and update **structural as-built drawings and technical records**.

* Coordinate with **Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Construction teams** to support timely execution.
