Expatriates KSA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) framework, which we follow as a good-practice standard.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to admin@expatriatesksa.com that includes:

• Your name, address, and contact details.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the ad or content on our Service that you believe is infringing.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly. We may also notify the user who posted the content.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
