🔹 POSITION: STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN
We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman with strong technical drafting skills and proven experience in high-rise construction and luxury hospitality projects.

🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Prepare and update reinforcement drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) when required.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or relevant technical qualification.
8–12+ years of structural drafting experience.
Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel/luxury hospitality projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of structural detailing, reinforcement drawings, and BBS.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or Tekla Structures experience is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and engineering specifications.
Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
Candidates available in Saudi Arabia and ready for immediate joining are preferred.
