Description
Are you a skilled technician specializing in commercial shutter doors, rolling doors, and polycarbonate store doors, with multi-skilled FM experience?
At GMG, we are looking for an experienced Shutter / Rolling Door Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure operational reliability and security across our portfolio of 120+ retail stores, warehouses, and commercial facilities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Accurate PPM & Inspections: Execute routine preventive maintenance on manual, motor-operated rolling shutters, polycarbonate store doors, and high-speed security doors.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical motor, control panel, alignment, sensor, and key-switch issues promptly.
• Ensuring Reliability & Security: Prevent store opening/closing delays by achieving "0 Reactive Maintenance" breakdowns through high-quality maintenance.
• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare accurate service logs, work order completions, and signature verifications for all maintenance activities.
• Safety & Operational Standards: Maintain strict health and safety protocols during emergency repairs and routine servicing.

🎯 Requirements & Conditions:
• Proven experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial rolling shutters, polycarbonate doors, and industrial doors.
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting knowledge of shutter motor controllers, limit switches, and remote systems.
• ⭐ Priority Candidate Preference: Candidates with additional Facilities Management experience in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing will be given high priority.
• Relevant technical qualification or vocational trade certificate.
• Saudi / GCC experience preferred.
• Transferable Iqama and valid KSA driving license are required.
