Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor electrical scopes across assigned project sites from mobilization to handover.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and site stakeholders; manage expectations, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
• Supervise and direct subordinate technicians, supervisors, and helpers assigned to the project; assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality.
• Apply technical knowledge across all electrical systems — LV/MV distribution, cabling, earthing, lighting, motors, panels, and associated instrumentation — to ensure designs and installations meet project specifications and codes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation: drawings, schedules, progress reports, material take-offs, and technical submittals.
• Use AutoCAD and other technical software for drawing review, markups, and as-built documentation.
• Use project management tools to track scope, schedule, cost, and manpower against plan.
• Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and other disciplines to keep the site on schedule and in compliance.
• Escalate risks and technical issues in a timely manner and propose corrective actions.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical projects execution, including site-based project responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of all electrical systems — design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Demonstrated experience managing clients, stakeholders, and multi-discipline site teams.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant technical/engineering software.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and methodology (P6 planning, tracking, reporting).
Preferred / Recommended Qualifications
• Valid, transferable Iqama (for candidates already in KSA) or eligibility for a visa transfer/new visa.
• Valid Saudi driving license (site role requiring mobility between locations).
• Working proficiency in English (Arabic a plus) for client and documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with SAP or an equivalent ERP/PS module for project cost and resource tracking.
Salary: SAR 4,000 per month
Working Hours:10 hours per day, 6 days per week
