Description
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
* Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy, fulfillment rates, labor productivity, and inventory shrinkage.
* Supervise warehouse associates by providing daily guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Identify trends and root causes of discrepancies or operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
* Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports covering inventory levels, throughput, and overall operational performance.
* Support process improvement initiatives, including 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma, to improve accuracy and productivity.
* Manage WMS data entry, updates, and troubleshooting as required.
Expected Qualifications
* **2–5 years of experience** in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics, preferably with supervisory experience.
* Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**; experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
