Responsibility:
Daily Site Inspection:* Inspect the full site every day to identify hazards and unsafe conditions
. Toolbox Talk:* Conduct daily safety briefing for workers before starting work
. PPE Compliance:* Ensure all workers are wearing helmet, safety vest, safety shoes, gloves and harness
. Work Permits:* Check and approve permits for height work, hot work, electrical work and confined space
. Accident Investigation:* Investigate accidents, near-misses and incidents and prepare reports
. Safety Training:* Give safety induction to new workers and contractors
. Fire Safety:* Check fire extinguishers, emergency exits and assembly points
. Safety Signage:* Install warning signs and barricades in dangerous areas
. Safety Reports:* Prepare daily and weekly safety reports for management
. Stop Unsafe Work:* Stop any work that is unsafe and issue warnings to violators
