Telesales Executive

Location: Al Khobar, KSA


This role involves handling sales for our KSA operations. You will be contacting and dealing with customers in the KSA market.

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote our ERP and POS software solutions.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Generate new sales leads and follow up with prospects

Contact customers in the KSA market and understand their requirements
Explain ERP/POS software features and benefits
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings
Follow up with interested customers

Handle customer enquiries and objections
Maintain records of calls, leads and sales activities
Achieve assigned sales targets

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams
Requirements
Good communication skills in English

Confident speaking over the phone
Experience in telesales, telecalling, IT sales or software sales is preferred

Knowledge of ERP/POS software is an advantage
Target-oriented and willing to achieve sales targets

Experience in Tele sales mandatory

Salary : SAR 2,500-3,500
