Store Keeper Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and goods.
• Check quantities and quality against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Arrange and store materials in the correct locations.
• Issue materials to authorized staff according to approved requests.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and compare them with records.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Notes (MIN).
• Maintain proper documentation using MS Excel or inventory software.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well organized.
