Stock Controller - 3500 SAR Full Package

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Stock Keeper to oversee our daily inventory operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, organizing stock, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring that our stockroom remains orderly, safe, and fully accounted for.


Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Unloading: Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy, damages, or missing items; verify receipts against purchase orders (POs).

Inventory Control: Organize, label, and store incoming stock according to inventory management standards.

Stock Audits: Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory records match physical stock.

Issuing Stock: Prepare and release stock/materials to internal departments or fulfillment teams upon request.

Space Optimization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom layout to streamline access and storage.

System Logging: Update inventory software (ERP/WMS) in real time to reflect stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.

Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent; prior experience in inventory, stockkeeping, or warehouse operations preferred.

Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or handheld barcode scanners) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
