Description
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 2,500 + Attractive Commission & Performance Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time (Previous Sales Experience Preferable)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our business growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales development.
Compensation Package
Monthly Gross Salary: SAR 2,500
Employee-Generated Leads: 10% commission on net profit
Company-Generated Leads: 5% commission on net profit
Performance Bonus: Up to SAR 10,000 based on achieving qualifying sales targets
Mobile Allowance: SAR 115 per month
Fuel Reimbursement: Available for approved business-related visits
Performance Incentive
Employees who successfully mature 10 qualified leads within 2 months, with a combined business value of at least SAR 200,000, may qualify for an additional performance bonus, subject to the applicable terms and successful receipt of customer payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new sales leads.
Identify and approach potential customers.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and periodic sales targets.
Submit a daily sales report by 7:00 PM.
Conduct business visits as required, Submit Invoice, Timesheets, and payment followup's
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Ability to generate and develop new business.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Previous sales experience is preferred.
Valid driving license and ability to travel for business visits is an advantage.
Important
This is a performance-driven sales position. Commission and bonuses are subject to actual business received and verification by the company. The salary and commission are separate components of the compensation package.
