We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to join a reputed distribution company and lead our sales operations across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT, electronics, and technology distribution, with a proven track record in channel sales, business development, and team management.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across multiple product categories, including:
Cable Categories: Networking cables, HDMI, USB, and connectivity solutions
Computer Accessories: Computer peripherals and IT accessories
Printing Categories: Printers, toners, cartridges, and printing solutions
Mobile Phone Categories: Smartphones and mobile accessories
CCTV Categories: Surveillance cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and security solutions
Other IT, electronics, and technology-related products
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across the Eastern Region.
Expand the customer base by developing new dealers, resellers, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer credit performance.
Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and collection targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and business development plans for management.
✅ Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within IT, electronics, or distribution.
Strong knowledge of the above-mentioned product categories.
Established network of dealers, resellers, and channel partners in the Eastern Region.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian distribution market.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on sales growth and profitability.
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
