RENTAL MANAGER
AMG POWER RENTAL
We are looking for an experienced Rental Manager to lead generator rental operations, customer relationships, equipment utilization, and daily rental activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage rental bookings, deliveries, collections, and returns.
• Ensure generators are clean, fueled, inspected, and ready.
• Monitor equipment condition, maintenance, utilization, and rental records.
• Handle customer requirements, inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
• Prepare rental documents, quotations, and operational reports.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, and Accounts.
• Monitor rental performance and improve equipment utilization and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with rental SOPs and company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in generator rental, equipment rental, logistics, or a similar industry.
• Experience managing rental operations and teams.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of rental processes and documentation.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operations and meet deadlines.
