• Project Coordinators/Planners – 4
• Civil Engineers – 2
• WPRs – 40
• Supervisors – 40 (Reconditioning experience)
• Laborers – 200
• Fabricators – 80 (Reconditioning experience)
• Certified Welders – 200
• Welding Supervisors – 40 (Reconditioning experience)
• Welding QC Inspectors – 40
• Wrapping/Coating Applicators – 120
• Wrapping/Coating QC Inspectors – 40
• Safety Officers – 10
• Rigger-I – 4
• Rigger-III – 10
• Scaffolders – 40
