🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

✅ Procurement & Material Sourcing

Experience in purchasing mechanical, civil, electrical, and general materials.
Strong knowledge of local suppliers, vendors, and the Saudi market.
Sourcing project materials according to project requirements and specifications.
Obtaining competitive quotations and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.

✅ Negotiation & Vendor Management

Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best prices and payment terms.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Comparing quotations, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.

✅ Manpower Sourcing & Operations

Experience in manpower sourcing and workforce mobilization.
Arranging manpower rental and transfer requirements.
Finding suitable accommodation for employees and project manpower.
Coordinating operational requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
