Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter based in Jeddah. The Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking and serving orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. Additional duties may include collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly dining experience
Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service essentials
Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear interactions with both customers and team members
Cooking skills are a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous
