Description
Piping Supervisor oversees the fabrication, erection, inspection, and testing of industrial piping systems in sectors like oil and gas, petrochemicals, power plants, and shipbuilding.
Job description and Responsibilities: -
Planning and execution of the project to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality and in safe.
Plan & organize, including generation of the programs follow – up and optimum resource utilization, control and monitoring the man-hour
Ensure that work is carried out to the required quality in the best possible manner and within the guideline of industry best engineering practices.
Conduct frequent audits and document the outcomes to verify that enough efforts had been put in the area o productivity.
Motivate, direct, align and guide the team for the best performance and provide continuous appraisal & feedback.
Ensure that safety, Quality and environment requirement of the yard are strictly followed.
Educational Requirements: -
Diploma in Mechanical or SHC with trade course at least 3 years
