Piping Supervisor

Piping Supervisor oversees the fabrication, erection, inspection, and testing of industrial piping systems in sectors like oil and gas, petrochemicals, power plants, and shipbuilding.
Job description and Responsibilities: -
Planning and execution of the project to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality and in safe.
Plan & organize, including generation of the programs follow – up and optimum resource utilization, control and monitoring the man-hour
Ensure that work is carried out to the required quality in the best possible manner and within the guideline of industry best engineering practices.
Conduct frequent audits and document the outcomes to verify that enough efforts had been put in the area o productivity.
Motivate, direct, align and guide the team for the best performance and provide continuous appraisal & feedback.
Ensure that safety, Quality and environment requirement of the yard are strictly followed.
Educational Requirements: -
Diploma in Mechanical or SHC with trade course at least 3 years
