Part-Time Telecaller – Work From Home

Job Type: Part-Time Work From Home.Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Duration: 4 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and provide information about courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and parents.
- Update lead information and call records accurately.
- Coordinate with the academic/admissions team to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle queries professionally and politely.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer, internet, and WhatsApp skills.
- A laptop/mobile phone and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
