We Ghars Al Mazen Limited Company, a leading company specializing in swimming pool MEP Design & Execution, is looking for a talented and experienced MEP Estimation / Costing Engineer to join our growing team.
Experience Required:
5–8 Years (Swimming Pool / MEP Projects preferred)
Location: Jeddah
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the MEP field.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Project Site Execution.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tendering.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience in project costing, budgeting, value engineering, and procurement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet submission deadlines.
• Experience working in the GCC construction industry is highly preferred.
• Candidates must be available for Local Transfer within Saudi Arabia.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
