Marketing & Sales Executive – Logistics

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. In this key role, you will drive business growth by securing new B2B accounts, building strategic partnerships, and elevating our market presence in cargo transportation and customs brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities:

*Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients requiring transportation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance services.
*Conduct market research to identify prospective industry sectors (importers, exporters, manufacturers, and distributors).
*Prepare competitive rate quotations, service agreements, and formal sales presentations.
*Manage end-to-end sales cycles from cold outreach to contract finalization and onboarding.
*Execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, industry forums) to generate inbound leads.
*Promote key company differentiators, such as tariff consulting, fast customs clearance turnaround, and reliable fleet management.
*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize customer retention and cross-selling.
*Coordinate closely with our operational and customs documentation teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.



Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of proven sales or marketing experience, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of import/export documentation, customs regulations, and multi-modal transport.

Skills: Strong B2B negotiation, communication, and CRM skills.
