Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil and architecture to join our team at China Railway in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a Sri Lankan national with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Key requirements for the role include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proven experience in high-rise building projects and 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs, developing and reviewing Bills of Quantities, and preparing accurate cost estimates. They will also evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, monitor project costs, and ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
