Description
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate AP/AR Accountant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for our real estate portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily AP and AR transactions for tenants and vendors
- Preparing and processing tenant invoices and vendor invoices
- Recording and reconciling tenant payments and vendor statements
- Supporting financial reporting and budgeting activities
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AP and AR accounting. Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
