Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill two key roles in our construction team in Riyadh. For the position of Quantity Surveyor, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in high-rise building projects and 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.
Key responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor role include:
- Preparing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Developing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil and architectural works
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations and assisting in procurement
We are also looking for two experienced Document Controllers to join our team for a prestigious construction project in Diriyah, Riyadh. The successful candidates will have proven experience as a Document Controller within the Construction/Fit-Out field and be proficient in managing project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. Proficiency in Oracle (Aconex) and MS Office is required.
