Logistics Coordinator - Logistics

We are looking to hire a motivated individual to join our logistics team, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across data entry, customs clearance coordination, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely data entry for shipments, invoices, and logistics documentation
Coordinate customs clearance processes with relevant departments and authorities
Assist in organizing and tracking transportation and delivery schedules
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain organized records and follow up on pending tasks

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of data entry / MS Excel
Understanding of logistics operations (customs clearance, transportation coordination is a plus)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics field
