Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Supervisor Technician – Elevator & Escalator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Senior Supervisor Technician – Elevator & Escalator
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in the elevator and escalator industry
Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead elevator and escalator technicians.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle major breakdowns and emergency service calls.
• Inspect motors, controllers, VFDs, brakes, door systems, safety circuits, and other components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection reports, and service records.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, site management, and subcontractors.
• Train and guide junior technicians.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of elevator controllers, VFDs, motors, brakes, door systems, and escalator mechanisms.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and modernization is preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and manage a technical team.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in Brands worked on Schindler, Hyundai, Toshiba, Kone, Hitachi & Fuji etc..
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
