IT Support Technician
Location: On-Site

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and hands-on IT Support & Infrastructure Technician (L1 / L2) to join our internal IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining seamless office operations by supporting endpoint computing environments, core network connectivity, and physical electronic security infrastructure (CCTV & Biometrics).
If you have a solid foundation in Windows environments, networking concepts, and love rolling up your sleeves for practical hardware and cabling setups, we’d love to meet you
Key Responsibilities :
• Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems and standard productivity software
• CCNA-level fundamentals to diagnose and resolve everyday LAN/WLAN connectivity issue, DHCP/DNS setups, and IP addressing conflicts.
• Assist with basic switch and router port connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Install, mount, position, configure, and maintain IP and Analog CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR storage appliances, and client viewing software/apps.
• Set up, wire, and configure Biometric Attendance & Access Control terminals (fingerprint and facial recognition), ensuring smooth synchronization with time-and-attendance systems.
• Deliver responsive L1/L2 technical support to internal staff, resolving hardware, software, printing, and connectivity tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain a neat, up-to-date IT inventory log documenting all laptops, desktops, monitors, networking gear, and peripheral assets
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree , Diploma or Other Related Certification
