**Job Vacancy – IT Support Engineer**
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering Consultancy team in Saudi Arabia.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
* Install and configure computers, software, and IT equipment.
* Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and user accounts.
* Maintain office network, Wi-Fi, servers, and IT infrastructure.
* Support engineering software and applications used by design teams.
* Manage data backup, antivirus, and basic IT security.
* Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
* Maintain IT asset and user records.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 5+ years of relevant IT support experience.
* Experience in an engineering consultancy or similar office environment is preferred.
* Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
* Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
**Location:*Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
