🚨 WE ARE HIRING – HVAC / PLUMBING QC INSPECTOR
📍 Location: Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Project: Arena Block – Diriyah Gate II
🏢 Company: The Branch of China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.
(CHEC)ABOUT THE PROJECT:
CHEC is delivering the prestigious Arena Block Project in Diriyah, Riyadh, featuring a world-class indoor arena, commercial buildings, complex structural works, advanced MEP systems, and infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing QC Engineer to ensure quality compliance across mechanical installations, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement QA/QC procedures for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical systems.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Monitor installation quality of ductwork, chilled-water piping, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps, and plumbing networks.
• Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate WIRs, MIRs, and consultant inspections.
• Witness pressure testing, flushing, duct leakage testing, and mechanical testing activities.
• Verify materials, installation workmanship, and compliance with approved specifications.
• Prepare NCRs, investigate deficiencies, and ensure corrective action closure.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and PMC representatives.
• Maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, testing documentation, and handover dossiers.
• Support quality audits, testing and commissioning, snagging, and final acceptance.
QUALIFICATIONS ; EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HVAC/Plumbing QC inspection experience.
• Experience on mega projects, commercial buildings, or major MEP developments.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASTM, IPC/UPC, and applicable Saudi standards.
• Strong knowledge of WIRs, MIRs, ITPs, NCRs, testing, and inspection procedures.
EMPLOYMENT; JOINING TERMS
• Contract: Valid Ajeer arrangement mandatory.
• Iqama Transfer: Not available.
• Salary: Monthly all-inclusive lump-sum package, subject to management approval.
• Food, accommodation, transportation, and laptop: Employee's responsibility.
• Iqama, medical, and related expenses: As per agreed arrangement and applicable law.
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week; approved overtime if applicable.
• Duration: Approximately 2–3 years, subject to project requirements.
• Joining: Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
• Preference: Candidates currently in KSA with valid Iqama and Ajeer eligibility.
