Position: Steward / Stewarding Staff
Industry: 5-Star Hotel / Hospitality
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and other food-service items.
Assist the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
Follow hotel hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Collect, wash, and properly store crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
Assist with waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of designated areas.
Support the kitchen and food & beverage teams as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or management.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety practices is an advantage.
