🚨 **HIRING – OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE**
**Location:** Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
**Position:** Operations Executive – Delivery Operations
**Employment Type:** Commission-Based
We are looking for an experienced **Operations Executive** who has hands-on experience managing delivery operations for platforms such as **HungerStation, Keeta, or ToYou**.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and onboard **50+ delivery riders**
* Manage and supervise riders on a daily basis
* Handle rider attendance, performance, and operational issues
* Coordinate rider accounts and delivery operations
* Monitor daily performance and ensure operational targets are achieved
* Handle rider concerns and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
* Maintain proper reporting and communication with management
* Ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
### 🔹 Requirements
* Previous experience managing **HungerStation, Keeta, ToYou, or similar delivery operations**
* Strong knowledge of rider/fleet management
* Experience recruiting and managing delivery riders
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* **Must have your own car**
* Must be able to work from the office on a daily basis
* Working hours: approximately **10:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 PM**, depending on operational requirements
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a team independently
### 💰 Compensation
**Commission-Based Position – NO FIXED SALARY**
The successful candidate will receive a **commission based on the riders/operations managed**.
💡 **Commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview/face-to-face meeting.**
