Samaya is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with experience in 4D BIM modeling and construction sequencing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a BIM Modeler.

Hands-on experience in 4D BIM modeling and construction sequencing.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Knowledge of BIM coordination, model development, and clash detection.

Ability to link 3D models with construction schedules for 4D simulation.

Strong technical and coordination skills.
