We are looking for experienced and skilled Kitchen Professionals to join our restaurant team.
1. HEAD CHEF – FAST FOOD & MULTI-CUISINE
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef
Strong expertise in Fast Food
Expert in Pizza, Burgers, Pasta, Chinese Cuisine, and other fast-food items
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food quality, recipes, costing, hygiene, and team management
Ability to lead and train a professional kitchen team
2. TANDOOR CHEF / ROTI MAKER
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Specialist in Roti, Naan, Tandoori Bread, and Tandoor Items
Good knowledge of tandoor operations and food hygiene
Able to maintain consistent quality and production standards
3. LINE COOK – FAST FOOD
Minimum 2 years of experience
Experience in Fast Food Kitchen Operations
Knowledge of burgers, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, Chinese items, and other fast-food preparations
Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
Good teamwork and hygiene standards
