Dedicated and experienced Safety Officer with 5+ years of experience in construction and site HSE operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Islamabad, Pakistan. Qualified with NEBOSH International General Certificate and BS Mathematics, with strong practical knowledge of HSE procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Talks (TBT), site inspections, PPE compliance, lifting activities, fire safety, traffic control, and incident investigation.
Experienced in monitoring site activities, identifying critical hazards, implementing corrective and preventive actions, conducting safety training and toolbox talks, investigating incidents and near misses, and maintaining HSE records and reports. Skilled in coordinating with management, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers to promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe working practices.
