Hiring: Business Development & Prequalification Executive – Pipeline Civil

A Saudi contracting company is seeking a Business Development & Prequalification Executive with practical experience in the Saudi EPC and construction market.

Responsibilities

* Identify pipeline station civil work opportunities and relevant EPC contractors, main contractors, and civil package holders.
* Identify and approach procurement and subcontracts teams.
* Manage vendor registration, SAP Ariba, and PQQ submissions.
* Assess contractor qualification requirements and identify suitable target clients.

* Arrange client meetings and follow up on bidder-list inclusion and RFQ opportunities.

Requirements

* Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
* Relevant experience in Saudi contracting, construction, or EPC business development.
* Hands-on experience in vendor registration and prequalification (PQQ).
* Existing professional contacts within Eastern Province pipeline or oil and gas contractors are preferred.
* Willing to work on-site in Al Khobar and visit clients across the Eastern Province.
* Good English and Arabic communication skills.

Important: General sales or unrelated business development experience alone is not sufficient.
