**Work Location:** Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia
**Monthly Salary:** SAR 2,200
**Duty:** 9 hours including break
**Weekly Day Off:** 1 Day

### Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Professional Barista** with strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and customer service.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, maintain consistent coffee quality, and create unique signature coffee drinks.

### Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience preferred.
- Proven experience working in specialty coffee shops.
- Expert in espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and coffee machine operation.
- Skilled in latte art, milk steaming, and espresso-based beverages.
- Knowledge of V60, Chemex, and other manual brewing methods.
- Ability to develop unique signature hot and iced coffee drinks.
- Experience in preparing specialty coffee recipes and maintaining consistent taste.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, and brewing ratios.
- Ability to handle high-volume orders efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, equipment cleaning, and customer service.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

### Qualifications
- **Experienced baristas only — no beginners.**
- Previous specialty coffee shop experience required.
- Transferable Iqama required.
- No Huroob / Absence-from-work report.
- Must be willing to work in Al Kharj.
- Able to join after completing legal employment transfer requirements.
