Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of accounts payable and accounts receivable for tenants and suppliers, ensuring accurate financial records, timely collection and payment, and supporting monthly and yearly closing activities. This position will work closely with the Property Manager to support budget preparation, financial analysis, and property profitability reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations of tenant accounts receivable
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing tenant invoices
- Accurately recording and distributing tenant payments, and following up on overdue accounts
- Assisting in budget preparation, variance analysis, and property profitability reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records in accounting and property management systems
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
