Accountant

Job Vacancy: Accountant – Foodics & Zoho Books Experience

📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with hands-on experience in Foodics Accounting/POS System and Zoho Books ERP to join our team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile Foodics sales reports with Zoho Books and bank statements.
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Manage inventory accounting, stock adjustments, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with Saudi ZATCA requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books ERP and Foodics is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates currently residing in Jeddah are preferred.
