Description
IPCC Oil and GAS Company (ARAMCO PROJECTS) is urgently looking for Workshop Manager position with below details.
Key Responsibilities:
The Workshop Manager is responsible for the overall management of the company's workshop operations, ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance, repair, inspection, and availability of heavy construction equipment, demolition machinery, lifting equipment, commercial vehicles, generators, and specialized oil & gas support equipment. The role supports multiple construction, demolition, industrial shutdown, maintenance, and oil & gas projects while ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, Saudi regulations, and HSE policies.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
Minimum 5 years in a Workshop Manager or Maintenance Manager role.
Experience supporting demolition, civil construction, industrial maintenance, shutdowns, and oil & gas projects.
Experience with mixed fleets and multiple project sites
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma holders with extensive heavy equipment maintenance experience
