Are you a financial strategist with deep expertise in mega-construction projects and oil & gas finance? METSCCO Heavy Steel Industries is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing high-stakes financial operations.
If you bring a strong mastery of IFRS, deep knowledge of Saudi banking regulations, and a proven track record in project accounting, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full-cycle financial operations, accounting functions, and financial reporting for complex oil & gas construction projects.
• Manage, forecast, and optimize cash flow management, ensuring financial liquidity across operational and project needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Arabian banking laws, statutory regulations, and corporate policies.
• Prepare standard-compliant financial statements and reports in full alignment with IFRS.
• Partner with project management and executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights, risk assessments, and budget controls.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience specifically within the Oil & Gas / EPC Construction sector.
• Standards & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards (IFRS Certification is highly preferred).
• Banking & Treasury: Sound knowledge of Saudi Arabian banking laws, cash flow management, bank guarantees, LCs, and treasury operations.
• Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred
