Job Title: Scaffolding Supervisor
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: 3 Months (Renewable)
Project Accreditation: Saudi Aramco Approved

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team on a Saudi Aramco-accredited project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffolding erection, dismantling, and inspection activities in accordance with Aramco safety standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily scaffolding operations and crew activities on site
Ensure all scaffolding work complies with Saudi Aramco safety standards and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and issue scaffold tags (green/red/yellow) as per protocol
Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and other trades
Review and approve scaffold erection/dismantling plans
Maintain daily records, reports, and documentation
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to HSE requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within oil & gas / petrochemical projects
Valid Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor certification (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Aramco scaffolding standards and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and load calculations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable)

Contract Details:

Duration: 3 months, renewable based on project needs and performance
Work Location: Aramco-accredited project site, Eastern Province
