Manage complete exhibition & event production from planning to execution
Coordinate booth fabrication, carpentry, branding, printing, signage, furniture, lighting, AV, and other production requirements
Read and understand technical drawings and production specifications
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, fabricators, and site teams
Manage installation, dismantling, logistics, and on-site production
Ensure quality, timelines, safety, and client requirements are met
Handle multiple projects and solve on-site production issues efficiently
Prepare production schedules, material requirements, and site coordination plans
Coordinate with clients, designers, project managers, and venue teams
