We’re Hiring: Female Sales Engineer

Company: Steel Building & Structure Co. (SBSCO)
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Female Sales Engineer to join our team, with 3–4 years of relevant market experience in steel structure fabrication or a related industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Identify and follow up on sales leads, RFQs, quotations, and tenders.

Promote the company’s steel fabrication products and engineering solutions.


Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams.

Achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant sales experience in the industrial or steel fabrication market.


Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Good knowledge of the local market in Saudi Arabia.

Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
