We Need Site Manager – Industrial Projects (EPC Contractor)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager with a solid background in industrial construction and a degree in Electrical Engineering to lead on-site execution for major EPC projects in the southern region of Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all site operations across electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines, ensuring effective coordination among teams, subcontractors, and departments to achieve timely, high-quality project delivery while maintaining full HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily site operations across all disciplines.
- Ensure execution in line with project scope, technical drawings, specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of site engineers and subcontractors, fostering cross-discipline collaboration.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to EPC and industrial construction standards.
- Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and HSE teams to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow continuity.
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, permits, and quality-related documentation.
- Conduct routine progress meetings and site inspections; report critical issues to the Projects Manager.
- Enforce full compliance with HSE regulations and actively promote a safety-first culture.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, with a minimum of 3 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors on EPC projects within the industrial sector.
- Strong technical understanding of MV/LV electrical systems, civil works, mechanical interfaces, and project planning.
- Excellent knowledge of QA/QC standards, project documentation, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Transferable Iqama is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
