We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist & Digital Marketer (Dates Industry)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+ Years (Experience in Food/Dates or FMCG sector preferred)
About the Role
We are a growing dates company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist & Digital Marketer. In this role, you will lead both traditional market outreach and digital campaigns to elevate our brand presence, increase sales, and reach new consumer and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to expand market reach across Saudi Arabia.
Digital Campaigns: Plan, run, and optimize targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Social Media Management: Create engaging posts, reels, and product promotions to grow our social media presence.
B2B & B2C Outreach: Support trade sales, customer relationship outreach, and corporate/retail packaging promotions.
Content Creation & Copywriting: Produce attractive promotional content, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign analytics and ROI to continuously optimize performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketer (experience in dates, food packaging, or retail/FMCG is a strong plus).
Strong hands-on knowledge of digital advertising, social media tools, and basic design/editing platforms (e.g., Canva).
Good understanding of both B2B and B2C market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work on-site in Jeddah.
