Your Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire clients requiring manpower and recruitment services.

Build and maintain relationships with companies seeking local or overseas workers.

Generate business leads and secure manpower supply or recruitment contracts.

Expand our client network and develop long-term business partnerships.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based arrangement for the first 3 months.

Earn commissions based on successful client acquisition and business transactions, subject to agreed terms.

Opportunity for regular employment with the company based on performance.

Possibility of sponsorship transfer for qualified candidates, subject to company approval and applicable Saudi labor and residency regulations.
