Description
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop/dealership.
Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer concerns and explain repair/service requirements clearly.
Ability to prepare job cards, service estimates, and invoices.
Good coordination with technicians and workshop staff.
Basic computer skills.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
