📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Coordinator with knowledge of manpower supply, labor coordination, and manpower marketing.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Total Monthly Salary: SAR 2,300 + Free Accommodation
✅ Job Requirements
Valid and transferable Iqama.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Experience in manpower supply and labor coordination.
Knowledge of manpower marketing and client acquisition.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate labor deployment and manage workers at project sites.
Knowledge of the Saudi labor market.
Ability to find new clients and generate business leads.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily manpower operations and labor deployment.
Market manpower services and develop new client relationships.
Find new business opportunities and generate leads.
Coordinate with clients regarding labor requirements.
Manage worker attendance, transportation, and site-related issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth operations.
Only candidates with a valid Iqama and Saudi driving license will be considered.
