We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS

The candidate should have practical experience in:

• ❄️ HVAC / Air Conditioning – Installation, servicing, troubleshooting & repair
• ⚡ Electrical Work – Wiring, lighting, switches, sockets & fault finding
• 🚰 Plumbing – Water leaks, pipes, drainage, faucets, toilets & general repairs
• 🎨 Painting – Interior/exterior painting, touch-ups & wall repairs
• 🔨 General Maintenance – Carpentry, fixtures, doors, locks and handyman work
• 🌿 Basic knowledge of landscaping/gardening is an advantage

👷 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in building/property maintenance
• Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks independently
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, punctual and professional
• Ability to work safely and maintain good workmanship
• Experience working in residential and commercial properties is preferred
