We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
π οΈ REQUIRED SKILLS
The candidate should have practical experience in:
β’ βοΈ HVAC / Air Conditioning β Installation, servicing, troubleshooting & repair
β’ β‘ Electrical Work β Wiring, lighting, switches, sockets & fault finding
β’ π° Plumbing β Water leaks, pipes, drainage, faucets, toilets & general repairs
β’ π¨ Painting β Interior/exterior painting, touch-ups & wall repairs
β’ π¨ General Maintenance β Carpentry, fixtures, doors, locks and handyman work
β’ πΏ Basic knowledge of landscaping/gardening is an advantage
π· CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
β’ Proven experience in building/property maintenance
β’ Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks independently
β’ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
β’ Responsible, punctual and professional
β’ Ability to work safely and maintain good workmanship
β’ Experience working in residential and commercial properties is preferred
